Atmosphere, colour and light are my main sources of inspiration when painting land, sea and sky. I don’t restrict myself to using one form of media, preferring the subject matter to influence my style and use of materials. Consequently my paintings range from watercolours and acrylics to virtually all other forms of media.

Painting and sketching en plein air has become a greater force, allowing me to respond to the ever changing dynamics of nature in all its forms and beauty.
