Application Form

Thank you for wanting to be part of Acorn Open Studios. The date in 2026 is 7-8 November. The fee in 2026 to take part is £55 for new applicants. For returning participants it is £35 and for affiliates it is £5. Affiliates are previous participants who cannot take part this year, but want to stay involved and return in future years. You do not need to apply again if you have previously participated!

Please take a look at the Membership Criteria and Assessment and then fill in the details. It doesn't take long. We will be in touch shortly.

If accepted you will be asked to supply 5 good photos of your work and you/your studio, plus a short description (100-150 words) for the Acorn website.

Online presence

The public often wish to explore your work before committing to visiting your studio. Although you will feature on the Acorn website, if you do not have your own website, or a public art Facebook or Instagram account, you’re unlikely to attract many visitors. Please give details of where potential visitors can view your work.
